What is a promade cluster lash book — and what does 30P–100P mean?

A promade cluster lash book is a tray of pre-made lash fans (clusters) that are ready to pick and apply. The number — 30P, 50P, 80P, 100P — is the density of each fan: how many individual 0.07 mm fibres are bonded into one cluster. Higher numbers mean fuller, darker fans. We stock the full 30P–100P range in 8–16 mm lengths.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Tier 1 standard ready-stock MOQ is 100 boxes. Higher MOQ applies to custom mixes, private label and deep-parameter customization — see the order-tier table above.

Can I get samples before a bulk purchase?

What shipping terms can I choose?

Do you handle SAHPRA import registration for South Africa?

SAHPRA registration, import permits and local customs clearance are the responsibility of the South African importer. We can provide basic China-side commercial documents on request, but we do not manage South African local regulatory formalities.

Can I customize row count, density and length?

Density–length custom mixes start from Tier 2, MOQ 200 boxes. Custom row count belongs to Tier 4 deep-parameter customization, MOQ 500 boxes.

At present we focus mainly on promade cluster lash books in order to keep quality control stable. Additional related items may be added in future updates.
